SITE VISIT + PROPOSAL
We visit the space to determine the design plan that will attract target buyers and enhance key features while playing down flaws within the space
-Assess the scope of pre-staging cosmetic updates and punch list items
Provide agent(s) and client a detailed proposal and recommended subcontractors to help complete punch list (we have great partners, but many clients and agents have existing relationships with a super or handyman who might charge less and already knows the space)
PRE-STAGING UPDATES
Following contract signing, work with agent(s) to obtain proposals from subcontractors to handle any necessary painting, cosmetic updates and electrical work
Client approves plan and budget for recommended hard-wired lights, appliances, fixtures, etc. that will stay with the home after the sale
Casa Collective Studio manages procurement process for all fixtures
Client moves out of space
Casa Collective Studio delivers all fixtures
Subcontractor completes all punch list items
Client/agent arranges deep cleaning of unit
INSTALLATION
Most spaces are fully transformed and photo-ready within a day (we request two days for large townhouses and 4+ bedroom apartments)
Our scope includes all furniture, art, accessories, and authentic flower arrangements
We pride ourselves on our use of color and mix of high-end Scandinavian and vintage inspired pieces mixed with contemporary to make the spaces look like beautiful, layered homes - not monolithic furniture showrooms
